Locating Books with Dewey Call Numbers

The Dewey Decimal Classification System (DDC) is used in the Newton Gresham Library for juvenile literature. That collection is called the LS collection and is divided into three categories: fiction, non-fiction, and biographies. The collection is cataloged using DDC because it serves the curriculum needs of the education and library science programs. School libraries typically use the Dewey system.
